A recent study by the American Psychological Association found that about half of the Americans are under more stress today, those 5 years ago.

I believe that these results should be similar in all countries, dare I say that all the people I know they have felt stress ever, to my same has happened to me. AND i am sure that you went the same, or know a lot of people who feel under much stress.

In such situations the important thing is to know how to react and search the calm, often do not have to attend a great therapy or investing in expensive treatments, but that can be made small actions able to help to dominate the situation.

The stress, as I explained last week from this blog of health, is one of the diseases more prominent of our time. In addition, on another occasion, we have spoken of stress at work, who suffered a day a large number of people. Because it has a great importance now, we thought in expanding the information that you already have offered, but this time focusing on the symptoms of stress and in some of the ways that can help to combat it.
