The depression is one of the ills affecting us the most currently. We all have some known to be feeling depressed and in some cases, we ourselves that we feel that way.

To overcome this state we have to make stock, for some, this may be meditated, for others go to therapy, and others can opt for exercises. Let’s talk about the possibility of using the exercise not only as a means to keep in shape, but as a method to combat the depression and anxiety.

At the University of Methodist in Dallas were conducted a series of investigations revealed that 25 minutes a day of exercise reduces stress and anguish, improving the feeling of well in general.

The researchers declare that the exercise may be used as a complement to the medication for depression, or as the remedy in itself. The exercise served for those who cannot afford or do not agree to the traditional therapies to combat depression, or for those who do not use the medicines because of the social stigma that there are in relation to them.

During the investigation discovered that people who exercise reported fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as lower levels of stress and anxiety. The patients had to carry out 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week or 75 minutes intense. It was noted that after 25 minutes the humor of the volunteers improved, were less stressed and had more energy.

So the bad humor and stress are no longer excuses for not exercised, quite the contrary, with 25 minutes of daily exercises you will see how improves your mood and the depression little by little is going to go disappearing.
