In the world, there are thousands of millions of people using contact lenses, in some cases by a question aesthetic, in others by health issues. I particularly used for many years contact lenses but some years ago I returned to the traditional glasses and there I will stay.
However, during the years that I used contact lenses learned that on this issue hygiene is critical, the health of your eyes is very delicate and even the slightest particle can cause major damage.
So if you’re thinking begin using contact lenses, read and see some recommendations that are sure you would be useful and ensure the health of your eye.
*Wash your hands forever. Before put or take away the lenses now wash always your hands. Play your eye with some germ may be the first step for an infection in sight.
