There are few people I know who suffer from constipation, one of them is my friend Lorraine, tells me that their stools are on average once every 4 or 5 days and with laxatives. Imagine a while, take your breakfast , your lunch , eat a starter and evening dinners, the next day ingest a similar amount and so on for 2 or 3 more days! Now all that food has gained in a table, you’ll see is a bunch of food that you have not expelled!
Constipation is the preservation of fecal waste in the gut for longer than 3 days, also is the presence of hard stools more than normal causing pain to go.
Tremendously affects feeding, a lack of fruits and vegetables spoil your digestion. Lorraine like many other people their fast food meals are basically bread, ground beef, gravy, fried chicken, pizza and soda.
I’m not vegetarian, but I have a diet 6 days a week without meat or poultry, grains, pasta, legumes, fish, fruits and vegetables. And I’ll do a little gustatory Sunday, also sent me half a kilo of sausage meat or sausages, you should know that all fruits and vegetables you eat is sour and the meat to rot.
My recommendation is to modify your diet, takes the flaxseed in your daily diet, you can prepare a good juice on your breakfast is an article on flaxseed and juice recipe in this blog “Eat more fruits and that you like apple, pear and peach shell to not lose a gram of fiber.
And that if I recommend the fruit of the gods: the pitajaya-there is also an article on this blog-is a delicious fruit that’s going to relieve your bowels.
Get used to drinking pints of water a day.
One of the many benefits of exercise is that it also promotes bowel movement; a good 20 minute walk will help fight constipation.
