To lose not only is there to eat less and put more, but sometimes we are so distracted that we do not realize what we are failing and for that reason our plan of thinning is not giving the expected results.

There are times when correcting simple habits can achieve excellent results, only a matter of attention and see what the customs that we have to go changing.

*Leave snacks. It is true that is irresistible but in reality eats by boredom and not by hunger. Change your chocolate bars by plants or liquids.
