After two years of research is noted that women who followed a program of Yoga and meditation have lost weight and remain, but those obsessed with meals and exercise did not have good results.

The research was conducted in the Otago University in New Zealand, where women were divided into three groups: one who was attending classes of Yoga and meditation another that was concentrated in physical activity and nutrition, while the third group received nutritional information.
