One of the most common causes of chronic nasal congestion in children is caused by allergies. One of the possible ways to treat this disease is through a treatment called allergen immunotherapy, which are allergy shots that may help the child achieve significant improvement in their disease.
An allergy occurs when the body’s immune system produces a reaction that is overreacting to a substance that is harmless.
